New stone wall
Margaret standing atop new stone wall for support of outfall pipe at bottom of driveway. There is enough gap on right side (east) to insert a mooring ring, or two.

New rocks on beach outside of Lot 242 so will have to be stacked on top of original rock fill.

Turnaround area at bottom of driveway
Shows new outfall rock structure with plan to pave over to it to provide a bigger turnaround. Pavement will go out to the blue tarp adding about two feet south to previous driveway. North side of driveway and turnaround will be just about under white drain pipe seen above dirt bank.

Showing footing for Building One house support plus footings for deck support. Also shows north side of turnaround at bottom of driveway. The old driveway with swale ditch ran at edge of soil and can be seen below the big white temporary drain pipe. You can also see the two plateaus below ONE. Thoughts are to excavate a few feet into the lower ledge and insert retaining wall above all this. We are discussing not digging into that bank and instead just grade it to 45
