THREE is our last building to affect the skyline. We have basement instead of crawl space. We gained 700 extra square feet.

I show this closeup of the basement under THREE to indicate the equal size of the windows even though the inside space is smaller under the eastern room. We have talked about the possibility of a mini pub and social gathering spot and this looks like the ideal location. Off to the side, good view, and can be shared with other activities.
